본 안내는 주식회사 리하온의 공개용 모바일 앱 리하온 ERP(iOS 번들 ID: kr.co.lihaon.erppublic)과 앱에서 제공하는 회사·제품 소개, 채용지원, 협력사 등록 및 견적·거래 문의에 적용됩니다. 고객·협력사·구직자는 공개 서비스를 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정이 발급된 사용자는 추가로 업무 포털을 이용할 수 있습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
회사·제품 소개를 보기 위해 직원 계정을 만들 필요는 없습니다. 지원·문의·등록 양식을 제출하거나 발급 계정으로 업무 기능을 사용하면 아래 정보가 회사 서버에서 처리됩니다. 해당 기능에서 입력하거나 첨부한 정보에 한합니다.

로그인 및 양식 제출에 필요한 세션 정보가 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다. 서버 접속 과정의 기록은 서비스 운영과 보안을 위해 처리됩니다. 앱과 회사 서버 간 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용합니다.
2. 선택과 권한
양식의 필수·선택 항목과 동의 안내는 입력 화면에 표시합니다. 공개 정보를 보기 위해 지원서나 문의를 제출할 필요는 없습니다. 필수 정보를 제공하지 않으면 해당 접수나 계정 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. 사진·파일은 사용자가 첨부한 경우에 전달됩니다. 카메라·마이크·사진 권한은 해당 기능 이용 시 운영체제에서 관리하며, 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
3. 보유 및 삭제
채용지원 화면에는 전형 종료 후 180일 보관 후 파기하도록 안내되어 있습니다. 거래·업무 자료는 해당 거래 및 회사의 인사·보안 정책과 적용되는 보존 의무에 따라 처리합니다. 정보의 열람·정정·삭제 또는 계정 비활성화는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보관이나 진행 중인 업무 처리 때문에 즉시 삭제할 수 없는 자료는 그 사유를 안내합니다. 앱 삭제만으로 이미 회사 서버에 제출된 자료가 삭제되지는 않습니다.
4. 처리 장소 및 제공
회사의 ERP 서버는 대한민국의 AWS 서울 리전에서 운영됩니다. 제출 정보는 담당 부서 또는 해당 업무에 권한이 있는 사용자에게 전달됩니다. 회사의 업무 서비스에 필요한 처리와 법령에 근거한 경우 외에 데이터를 판매하거나 광고 추적 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.
외부 채용 플랫폼, 이메일 앱 또는 다른 외부 사이트로 이동하여 직접 제출한 정보에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 안내도 적용됩니다. 이 안내 페이지는 GitHub Pages에서 제공되며, 페이지 열람 과정의 기술적 접속 정보는 GitHub 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다.

LIHAON ERP Privacy Policy

This notice covers the public LIHAON ERP mobile app (iOS bundle ID kr.co.lihaon.erppublic), including company and product information, job applications, supplier applications and quotation or business inquiries. Customers, prospective suppliers and job seekers can use public services without an employee account. Issued accounts provide additional business portal access.
1. Information and purposes
Viewing public company and product information does not require an employee account. When you submit a form or use an issued account, the company processes information you provide for those features:
- Recruitment: name, phone number, email, any birth date, education, work history and self-introduction you enter, and the relevant job opening, for application processing and recruitment communications.
- Supplier and business inquiries: company and contact names, phone number or email, business and product details, inquiry text and materials you provide, for evaluation, quotations and responses.
- Account-based portals: user ID, name, authentication information, and business documents, messages, photos and attachments you enter or send, for authentication, authorization, business operations and collaboration.
Session information needed for sign-in and form submission may be stored on your device. Server access records are processed for operation and security. Connections between the app and company server use HTTPS.
2. Choices and permissions
Forms show required and optional fields and applicable consent notices. Browsing public information does not require submitting an application or inquiry. Required information is needed for the relevant submission or account feature. Photos and files are transmitted when you attach them. Camera, microphone and photo permissions are managed by the operating system for the relevant feature and can be changed in device settings.
3. Retention and requests
The recruitment form states that application data is deleted after retention for 180 days following the end of the hiring process. Business records are handled under the relevant transaction, company HR and security policies and applicable retention obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or account deactivation. If a legal retention obligation or ongoing business process prevents immediate deletion, the company will explain why. Uninstalling the app does not delete information already submitted to the server.
4. Processing and sharing
The ERP server operates in the AWS Seoul region, South Korea. Submissions are provided to the responsible department or users authorized for the relevant business process. The company does not sell this data or provide it for advertising tracking. Processing required for the business service or by law may apply.
Information you submit through an external recruitment platform, email app or other external website is also subject to that service's privacy notice. This notice is hosted on GitHub Pages; technical information involved in loading this page may be processed under GitHub's Privacy Statement.
